Tolu AJETUNMOBI directs strategy, operations and professional learning at Foxtrot Shield, drawing on a background spanning talent acquisition, workforce solutions, security operations and organisational leadership. He has held Head of Operations roles carrying end-to-end delivery, team leadership, compliance oversight and performance responsibility in demanding environments.
His training combines accounting and finance, strategic management and innovation, security-sector instruction and train-the-trainer certification, alongside credentials in security management, open-source intelligence (OSINT), intelligence analysis, executive protection, security awareness and compliance. He brings that combination to bear on personnel deployment, risk management and operational coordination — building efficient systems, strengthening client relationships and developing teams aligned to institutional goals.
