Biography
CPT Oyeleke Fola OLUWOLE (U.S. Army Veteran) leads Foxtrot Shield's institutional strategy, directing the firm's integrated capability across security, intelligence, personnel integrity, enterprise risk, organisational resilience, research and executive education. He served with the United States Army in support of Operation Inherent Resolve, working across coalition operations, operational planning, intelligence support and force protection.
His formal training spans leadership, international relations and diplomacy, strategic leadership and security fundamentals, completed alongside TSA Academy instruction. He is trained in security management, personnel and industrial security, open-source intelligence (OSINT), intelligence analysis, anti-terrorism, security awareness and cyber awareness, and holds the U.S. Department of Defense's SPēD Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) and Threat Awareness and Reporting Program (TARP) credential.
Before founding Foxtrot Shield, he worked as a personnel and industrial security specialist, an integrated primary-prevention specialist, and a corporate-investigations and protective-security practitioner, with a compliance and institutional-resilience discipline running through all of it. His approach is prevention-led: effective security begins with informed leadership, strong institutions and the discipline to identify risk before it becomes harm.
